In order to prevent an outbreak of mad cow disease, the addition of left-over cattle parts to cattle feed has been outlawed by the government. In an attempt to keep down costs, the operator of a Central Florida feed factory substitutes human corpses as a new additive.  Now the local cattle have developed a taste for human flesh and wreak havoc in and near the town of Bullsville, Fl.
